What is the production time for the dress?
The production time depends on the chosen dress type and overall workload at the time of the order. Typically, it ranges from a few days to a few weeks. Booking in advance, 4-8 months before the desired date, is recommended. Rush orders are also possible, with an associated cost increase.
What if the dress gets lost during delivery?
I work only with reliable courier services, and each shipment is tracked. In the rare case of loss, I take full responsibility and will craft a new dress for you.
What if I lose or gain weight?
In the event of potential size changes, I make the order at 90%, and closer to the wedding date, we confirm and make adjustments.
